Sorantino Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1994 and was based in
Cedarville NJ. The fleet grew yearly and by 2002 the company fleet was made up of 10 trucks and 40 owner operators.

In 2002 Sorantino Enterprises, Inc purchased Mayslanding Transportation, Inc of Vineland and SEI Transport, Inc was named as a subsidiary of Sorantino Enterprises Inc The SEI trademark was incorporated into the everyday operations of the fleet. At that time the fleet grew to 30 company owned trucks and about 80 owner operators.

On Easter Sunday in 2004 a fire destroyed the main terminal on Main road in Vineland and it was determined that Millville would best suit the future expansion needs of the company. The Reese Road property was purchased and a new state of the art facility was erected. Currently the fleet consists of 30 company owned units and about 100 owner operators
